In June of 2018, Archbishop Christian Lépine announced that the Responsible Pastoral Ministry initiative would be rolled out throughout the Diocese.
The purpose of this ministry is to ensure the safety and security of the people to whom we minister, in particular children and vulnerable adults. It aims to safeguard our volunteers and staff and to protect all parish resources.
If you have not done so yet, here are the documents you will need to fill out:
1. Registration form (so we know who you are and where to reach you).
2. Code of Ethics (please read and sign to show you accept to live up to this code).
Please fill out the registration form AND read the Code of Ethics. Please sign the commitment form and return them (registration form and commitment form, keep the Code for your files) via email at the address below or to the parish office. All volunteer roles will undergo a risk assessment to determine further screening requirements.
Should you have any questions or concerns I can be reached at .
