All room requests will need to be approved by the room reservation coordinator. Once confirmed the reservation will be entered in the room reservation calendar that can be found on the parish website. Please click here to complete the form to request rooms. Basic Instructions

• Choose a view from the menu on the left or the navigation tab above.
• The chosen view will open up a new page on your browser. To go back to the main website, click on the tab identified as "St. Luke - Instructions".
• The different rooms are color coded in the daily, weekly and monthly views. Place your mouse over an entry to view more info. Double click an entry to view more details.
• Click on the left arrow to go to a previous day, week or month and on the right arrow for the next day, week or month. Alternatively, go to My Calendar on the top left to change views.
