Children’s Liturgy Masses - This weekend

A message from the Faith and Family team

Last weekend masses marked the end of the Children’s Liturgy classes for this term.  It is with great joy that we invite you all to attend a special Children’s Liturgy Mass of your choice, this weekend on Saturday, May 6th at 5:00pm or Sunday, May 7th at 9:00am.  The mass will focus on catechizing the children on the significance of specific parts of the mass so that they can appreciate and understand it better.

There will also be children participating in these masses as lectors, and offertory volunteers.

Children’s Liturgy classes will resume in the fall 2023.  Please refer to our website www.st-luke.ca in the summer for more information regarding registration for September 2023.  

We hope to celebrate these masses with you all.

La messe de 11h sera exceptionnellement bilingue pour l'occasion.  Nous nous retrouverons après cette messe dans la salle paroissiale pour trinquer en votre honneur, faire ample connaissance avec les membres de notre communauté,resserrer les liens qui nous unissent et surtout …fêter l'amour!!!

We invite you to renew your wedding promises and get a special blessing for your couple. Saturday and Sunday June 3 and 4 - at the masses.

The 11:00am mass will exceptionally be bilingual for the occasion.  We will meet after this mass in the parish hall to raise our glasses in your honor, get to know each other more and strengthen the ties that unite us, and most importantly ...to celebrate love!!!

Mothers Day Bake Sale

Vente de pâtisseries pour la fête des mères

The Catholic Women’s League, St. Luke’s Council, will hold its annual Mothers Day bake sale after each mass on Saturday, May 13th and Sunday, May 14th, in the church hall.

Proceeds of this fundraiser will go towards our parish and local charitable institutions.

Your generous donation of baked goods, jams and preservatives is much appreciated.

La ligue des femmes catholiques Conseil de St-Luc, aura sa vente annuelle de pâtisseries pour la fête des mères après chacune des messes du samedi 13 mai et dimanche 14 mai dans la salle paroissiale.

L’argent recueilli sera versé à notre paroisse et à diverses institutions charitables locales.

Vos dons généreux de pâtisseries, confitures et conserves sont grandement apprécies.
