Mercy Action Group is a prayer and charity group whose main missions are:

  • Spreading devotion to divine mercy.
  • Performing works of spiritual and corporal mercy.

Three times a year, each volunteer prepares a stew, custard and bread for 10 to 12 and delivers to Yvette in D.D.O. If they desire, they can also serve the meal at Benedict Labre House.

We are a team ready and available to help those who need someone to pray with, to listen to, or to be with in difficult times. However, we need to be informed in order to function fully.

Please, call us to let us know of those who are ill, lonely, shut-in, in need of the Eucharist whether they are in hospital, at home – private or convalescent. We also assist the elderly to attend Sunday mass. We remain close to the bereaved, particularly, during the period of sorrow and mourning. We work hand-in-hand with Helping Others. You are welcome to join our small but alive team.
