PASTORAL HOME CARE
We are a team ready and available to help those who need someone to pray with, to listen to, or to be with in difficult times. However, we need to be informed in order to function fully.
Please, call us to let us know of those who are ill, lonely, shut-in, in need of the Eucharist whether they are in hospital, at home – private or convalescent. We also assist the elderly to attend Sunday mass. We remain close to the bereaved, particularly, during the period of sorrow and mourning. We work hand-in-hand with Helping Others. You are welcome to join our small but alive team.
